Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, crush the Nutter Butter cookies into fine crumbs.
- Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until combined. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until fluffy.
