Description

Nutter Butter Pie is a dreamy no-bake dessert that combines creamy peanut butter, velvety cream cheese, and crunchy cookie goodness into an irresistible treat everyone will love.

  • 24 Nutter Butter cookies
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz whipped topping
  • Chocolate shavings (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a food processor, crush the Nutter Butter cookies into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix crushed cookies with melted butter until combined. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie dish and bake for 10 minutes. Let cool completely.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Add peanut butter and mix until fluffy.
  4. Gently fold in whipped topping until fully incorporated. Pour filling into cooled crust and smooth the top.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Top with whipped topping and chocolate shavings if desired.
