Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons dried culinary lavender
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 5 cups water (1 cup hot, 4 cups cold)
  • Ice cubes for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare Lavender Infusion: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of dried culinary lavender. Bring to a simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Squeeze Lemons: While the infusion simmers, squeeze the lemons until you have approximately 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Strain out seeds if necessary.
  3. Make Simple Syrup: In a bowl, mix 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of hot water until completely dissolved.
