- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 5 cups water (1 cup hot, 4 cups cold)

Instructions
- Prepare Lavender Infusion: In a small saucepan, combine 1 cup of water with 2 tablespoons of dried culinary lavender. Bring to a simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes until fragrant.
- Squeeze Lemons: While the infusion simmers, squeeze the lemons until you have approximately 1 cup of fresh lemon juice. Strain out seeds if necessary.
- Make Simple Syrup: In a bowl, mix 1 cup of sugar with 1 cup of hot water until completely dissolved.
- Combine Ingredients: Strain the lavender infusion into a large pitcher, then add the lemon juice and simple syrup mixture. Mix well.
- Dilute and Chill: Pour in an additional 3 cups of cold water, adjusting to taste. Stir thoroughly and chill in the refrigerator before serving over ice.
