Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 oz rum (optional, for adults)

Instructions

  1. Blend coconut milk, pineapple chunks, honey or syrup, and lime juice until smooth.
  2. Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness as needed.
  3. Pour the blended mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top.
  4. Insert sticks into molds and freeze for 4-6 hours until solid.
  5. Run warm water over the outside of the molds for easy removal, then enjoy!
