  • 1 head iceberg or butter lettuce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers (any color)
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and diced bell peppers; cook for an additional 3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Mix in soy sauce and rice vinegar, stirring for another 2 minutes. Add Sriracha if desired.
  4. Remove from heat and fold in chopped green onions.
  5. Spoon the mixture into lettuce leaves and serve immediately.
