- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 cups jasmine or basmati rice, cooked
- 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds (for garnish)
- 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, and cornstarch for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil and sauté the marinated chicken until golden brown and cooked through (7-10 minutes).
- Add the green beans to the skillet; cook until tender-crisp (4-5 minutes).
- Drizzle in more soy sauce and a splash of water if needed; simmer until thickened (2-3 minutes).
- Serve over fluffy rice, garnished with toasted sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
