- 1 tsp paprika

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika; cook until golden brown (about 6 minutes per side).
- Add chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until onions are translucent (3-4 minutes).
- Pour in chicken broth and cream of mushroom soup; stir to combine.
- Sprinkle uncooked rice evenly over the mixture and bring to a simmer. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
- Fluff the rice with a fork before serving and garnish with fresh parsley.
