  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced fresh or pickled jalapenos

Instructions
