- Green food coloring (a few drops)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream butter with granulated and brown sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
- Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- For the slime filling: Mix melted chocolate chips with green food coloring until desired color is achieved.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized dough onto prepared sheets, creating indentations in half for the slime filling. Fill each indentation with slime and cover with remaining dough to seal.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden and centers are slightly underbaked. Cool on sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
