Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 4 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (divided)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over chicken breasts, season with salt and pepper. Let sit for 15 minutes.
