- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 3 tbsp cornstarch
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
