Description

Walking Tacos are a fun, portable twist on your favorite taco night! Enjoy seasoned meat and crunchy toppings served in bags for a mess-free meal that everyone will love.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 6 cups corn chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup salsa or hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef or turkey in a skillet over medium heat until browned; drain excess fat.
  2. Open bags of corn chips to create taco bowls.
  3. Fill each bag with seasoned meat.
  4. Let everyone add their choice of cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream, salsa, and any preferred toppings.
  5. Mix inside the bag with a fork and enjoy immediately!
