- 2 tbsp unsalted butter

- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear each chicken breast for about 5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook until fragrant (30 seconds). Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits.
- Stir in lemon juice and capers; simmer for about 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stir in chopped basil and butter until melted.
- Return chicken to the skillet, spooning sauce over each piece. Let soak in flavors for one minute before serving.
