Description

This easy Chicken Hashbrown Casserole features crispy hashbrowns and tender chicken, making it a comforting dish perfect for family dinners or brunch gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups frozen shredded hashbrowns
  • 2 cups cooked, chopped boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the hashbrowns, chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheese until well combined.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  4. Bake for about 45 minutes or until bubbling hot and golden brown on top.
  5. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions if desired.
