- 2 cups cooked, chopped boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix the hashbrowns, chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, onion powder, salt, pepper, and half of the cheese until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake for about 45 minutes or until bubbling hot and golden brown on top.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions if desired.
