- 4 cups kale or Swiss chard, chopped
- 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
- 2 bay leaves
- Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion; sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes). Stir in minced garlic.
