  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • ½ cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • Garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground chicken, ricotta, spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until well mixed.
  3. Form the mixture into 2-inch meatballs and place them in the baking dish without overcrowding.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Pour Alfredo sauce over the meatballs and return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes.
  6. Serve hot garnished with fresh basil if desired.
