Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until sticky.
- Shape the mixture into oval bunny tails and chill on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 30 minutes.
- Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
- Dip each chilled tail in melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper.
- While the chocolate is wet, add mini chocolate chips for eyes and sprinkle with sugar if desired. Let set until hardened.
