  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • Mini chocolate chips (for eyes)
  • Sugar sprinkles (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk until sticky.
  2. Shape the mixture into oval bunny tails and chill on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 30 minutes.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips with coconut oil in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  4. Dip each chilled tail in melted chocolate and place back on parchment paper.
  5. While the chocolate is wet, add mini chocolate chips for eyes and sprinkle with sugar if desired. Let set until hardened.
