Instructions

  3. Fold in half of the sprinkles into the batter.
  4. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium heat until hot.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake and cook until bubbles form on top (about 2-3 minutes). Flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Serve warm topped with maple syrup, whipped cream, and remaining sprinkles.
