Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Combine the mashed bananas with melted butter, eggs, and vanilla; mix into the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into the muffin tin, filling each cup two-thirds full. Add chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
