- 1/2 cup cowboy butter (made from 1/2 cup melted butter, 2 cloves minced garlic, 2 tbsp chopped parsley, 2 tbsp chopped chives, salt and pepper to taste)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Optional toppings: cheese slices, pickles
Instructions
- Prepare the Cowboy Butter by mixing softened butter with garlic, parsley, chives, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
- Season the steak generously with salt and pepper.
- In a hot skillet over medium-high heat, sear the steak for about 4-5 minutes per side until desired doneness is reached. Allow the steak to rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the rested steak against the grain into thin strips.
- Spread cowboy butter inside each slider bun. Add sliced steak on top and any optional toppings before closing.
- Serve immediately with any remaining cowboy butter drizzled on top.
