  • 4 fresh bagels
  • 8 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 6 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Avocado slices or hot sauce for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Pour into the skillet and cook until just set (3-4 minutes). Add cheese slices on top until melted (1-2 minutes).
  4. Slice bagels in half and layer the bottom half with bacon and cheesy eggs. Cap with the top half of each bagel.
  5. Place assembled sliders on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
