- 8 slices thick-cut bacon
- 6 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy (6-8 minutes). Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, whisk eggs with salt and pepper. Pour into the skillet and cook until just set (3-4 minutes). Add cheese slices on top until melted (1-2 minutes).
- Slice bagels in half and layer the bottom half with bacon and cheesy eggs. Cap with the top half of each bagel.
