  • 4 low-carb tortillas (8 inches each)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup pasta sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and sprinkle each evenly with mozzarella cheese.
