Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F or 200°C).
  2. Wash the peaches and slice them in half to remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil to prevent sticking.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over each peach half.
  5. Place the peaches, cut-side down, on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes until grill marks form.
  6. Flip gently and grill for an additional 2-3 minutes until tender but not mushy.
  7. Serve warm, optionally topped with vanilla ice cream.
