Description

  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)

  • 1 cup chopped walnuts (toasted)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and salt until combined.
  3. In another bowl, cream the softened butter until smooth. Gradually add in both sugars until light and fluffy.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chopped walnuts, mini marshmallows, and chocolate chips gently.
  7. Scoop generous balls of dough onto baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are set but centers remain soft.
