  • 8 ounces linguine or fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet; cook for about 3 minutes on each side until pink. Remove shrimp and set aside.
