- ¼ tsp ground cloves
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press into an ungreased 9×9-inch baking dish to form the crust.
- In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix until creamy.
- Pour filling over crust and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
- Cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours. Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
