  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 can (15 oz) pure pumpkin puree
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar. Press into an ungreased 9×9-inch baking dish to form the crust.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining sugar, pumpkin puree, eggs, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Mix until creamy.
  3. Pour filling over crust and spread evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  4. Cool completely before refrigerating for at least two hours. Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
