  • 24 ladyfinger cookies
  • 8 oz mascarpone cheese (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso and allow it to cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Whip heavy cream in another bowl until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled espresso on both sides.
