- 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 cup full-fat sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 tsp onion powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, chicken broth, onion powder, minced garlic, and thyme until smooth.
- Place seasoned chicken in the baking dish and pour the sour cream mixture over it.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese generously on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden brown.
