Description

Korean BBQ Meatballs with Spicy Mayo Dip are a flavorful fusion of sweet and spicy, perfect for any gathering or game night.


Ingredients

  • Ground beef
  • Green onions
  • Garlic cloves
  • Breadcrumbs
  • Korean BBQ sauce
  • Sriracha sauce
  • Mayonnaise
  • Lemon juice
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef, green onions, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, soy sauce, gochujang paste, sriracha sauce, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into golf ball-sized meatballs (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  5. While baking, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sriracha sauce for the dip.
  6. Garnish meatballs with sesame seeds and serve with spicy mayo dip.
