Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 4 slices thick-cut bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 brioche burger buns
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced
  • Pickles (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Shape the ground beef into four patties about one inch thick. Season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy, about 5 minutes per side; drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up until whites are set but yolks remain runny, about 3 minutes.
  4. Increase heat to medium-high and grill patties for about 4 minutes on one side. Flip and add cheese; cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until melted.
  5. Assemble burgers by spreading mayonnaise on each bun half. Layer with lettuce, tomato, cheesy patty, bacon, and fried egg. Add pickles if desired.
  6. Serve with fries or onion rings for an indulgent meal.
