Prepare the Chicken Strips

- Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
Bake the Chicken Strips
- Place the coated chicken strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the chicken strips for extra crispiness.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the coating is golden brown.
Prepare the Dipping Sauce
- While the chicken strips are baking, prepare the honey mustard dipping sauce by simply pouring it into a small bowl.
Serve
- Once the chicken strips are done, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly.
- Serve warm with the honey mustard dipping sauce on the side.
