Prepare the Chicken
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station with three shallow dishes: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with salt, pepper, and grated parmesan.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in egg, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the breaded chicken and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Transfer to a baking dish.
Assemble and Bake
- Pour marinara sauce over the chicken breasts in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce-covered chicken.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cook the Spaghetti
- While the chicken bakes, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add spaghetti and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually 8-10 minutes.
- Drain the pasta and set aside.
Plate and Serve
- Serve the spaghetti on plates, top with chicken parmesan, and garnish with chopped basil.
- Enjoy your Chicken Parmesan with Spaghetti hot!

Notes
For a spicier sauce, add red pepper flakes to the marinara. You can also substitute chicken with eggplant for a vegetarian option.
