Ingredients
  

For the Steak Bites
  • 1 pound sirloin steak cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Crispy Potatoes
  • 1 pound baby potatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Potatoes
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved baby potatoes with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, and salt until evenly coated.
  3. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
Cook the Steak Bites
  1. While the potatoes are baking, heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Melt the butter in the skillet and add the minced garlic.
  3. Add the steak bites to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5-7 minutes, until browned and cooked to your desired doneness.
  4. Remove from heat and let rest for a couple of minutes.
Serve
  1. Remove the crispy potatoes from the oven and serve alongside the garlic butter steak bites.
  2. Enjoy your meal hot and fresh!
