Method
Marinate the Chicken
- In a bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
Cook the Chicken
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking, then place the chicken on the grill.
- Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
Serve
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the chicken and serve it garnished with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
