Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 12 ounces fettuccine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for cooking
For the Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt to taste
For the Chicken
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken shredded
For Garnish
  • 1/4 cup parsley chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Pasta
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, then cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Drain the pasta and toss it with olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
Make the Alfredo Sauce
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt butter and add minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Combine Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked fettuccine and shredded rotisserie chicken to the Alfredo sauce.
  2. Toss everything together until the pasta and chicken are well coated in the sauce.
Serve
  1. Divide the pasta among plates, then sprinkle with chopped parsley for garnish.
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
