  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 6 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup low-sodium beef broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the steak into bite-sized pieces and rinse the baby potatoes.
  2. In a bowl, season the steak with salt, pepper, and thyme until well-coated.
  3. In a pan over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).
